Hi, I’m Natalia Milla, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) based in Connecticut. I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through their feeding journeys, helping them navigate both the joys and the challenges of nourishing their babies.
I believe feeding support should feel compassionate, practical, and judgment-free. Every family and every baby is unique, and my approach is rooted in listening closely, honoring your goals, and meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you’re working through latch difficulties, low milk supply, pain, pumping challenges, or simply seeking reassurance, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
My goal is to help you feel confident, informed, and supported. Whether we work together in person in Norwalk, Connecticut and throughout Fairfield County, or virtually through Telehealth across Connecticut and other eligible states, I’m here to guide you with care and respect, so you and your baby can thrive.

You leave with a plan, a personalized care plan tailored to your goals, plus a superbill for insurance reimbursement.
