Pregnant & preparing? Start here.

Prenatal Breastfeeding Class

A warm, hands-on class to help you feel calm, confident and ready to feed your baby from the very first hour.

What you’ll learn
• Skin to skin and the breast crawl
• How to get a deep, comfortable latch
• Positions that work, including after a C-section
• What’s normal in the first days: colostrum, feeding cues and how often baby eats
• How to know baby is getting enough
• Hand expression, and when pumping can help

Hands-on practice: practice holds with a doll, try hand expression on a breast model, and feel why positioning matters.

You’ll leave with: a printed handout made to tuck into your hospital bag, and a follow-up email with videos and resources to look back on.
